Bachelor Party Agency (agence d'enterrement de vie de garçon) seeking an ambitious French speaking Account Manager in Budapest to help organise and sell awesome weekend trips to our customers.
The Job
As Account Manager with Pissup Tours, you are the first and primary line of contact when a potential customer gets in touch, excited to organise a bachelor party for his best friend. It is your job to help tailormake the best possible program for the group and convert the interest into a sold trip.
The position is hybrid - expect 3 days of work-from-home and 2 days of working from office in Budapest, with the possibility to earn really well, great opportunities for developing and meetups with amazing colleagues a few times a year.
During 3-4 months of high season, the job is quite work-intensive and requires probably 50 hours/week, but in low season it is more relaxed and less than 30 hours/week. Time of work is flexible, but customers generally prefer to speak in the late afternoon / early evenings and less so in the mornings (when you can catch up on emails).
You will be joining a team of experienced Account Managers across all markets, including 2 French Account Managers. You will be reporting to your Team Lead and to the CEO. We have high expectations for you in this role, so you will also from the get-go have responsibility for exciting, high-profile leads, and therefore we expect you to be motivated, ready to perform and be a good colleague every day. There is zero cold calling, as all leads are warm, but you are expected to engage with the customers, storytell, inspire and sell them their dream trip. Being able to manage many customers, prioritizing leads (as you won't have time to serve all equally) and being good on the phone are key skills.

Who are we looking for?
A native level French-speaking experienced Account Manager based in or close to Budapest, with a talent for sales and a passion for party and travel. You must be a sales person at heart and hungry for closing. You are motivated by the challenge of helping us conquer the market and celebrate our success together. You are professional, have a high work ethic and understand that the job is seasonal with long hours half of the year and time to relax the other half. You understand that while we have a fixed salary, it is through your commission that you earn well.
If you happen to speak Italian, German, Scandinavian languages or British-English, that is a big plus.
As a minimum, you have:
- 3+ years of working experience within sales
- Proven native level French, both written and spoken
- Proficient business level English
Non-essential experience that would be a plus:
- Experience or education from the tourism or event industry is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
- If your sales experience involves inbound sales handled via phone and email, this is a plus

- You are organised, trustworthy and with high self-discipline - and understand the principles of self-management
- You accept that the job may include odd working hours, since many customers prefer talking in the late afternoon
