Senior Sales Engineer – Water Utilities – Hungary

As a Senior Sales Engineer in our Water Utilities segment, you will play a key role in driving sales and strengthening our presence in Hungary. You will work closely with dealers, designers, and end-users to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while supporting our mission of sustainable water management.

This role reports to the Sales Manager,WU - Hungary & Slovenia.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets in your area.
  • Building and maintaining a strong dealer network, ensuring their growth and competency.
  • Creating and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, including end-users and design institutions.
  • Supporting the Area Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies and action plans.
  • Monitoring account receivables and ensuring timely payments to maintain healthy cash flow.

Your background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Water Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience in water processing products or similar industries.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken).
  • Technical knowledge of pumps and experience in water and wastewater treatment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
