[Position Summary]

The Customer Service Representative / Freight Forwarder requires customer service excellence by offering mainly Ocean / Air freight, Road Transport, Intermodal Transport (Customs clearance and Warehousing & Distribution as well) on top of successful operations for multiple transactions that occur simultaneously within our organisation will be instrumental in achieving sustained win-win growth for both our customers and E2E Logistics Hungary.

[Responsibilities]

  • Manage operations for key account(s) and non-controlled business and pursue customers' satisfaction.
  • Identify additional cross/up-sell business opportunities in order to deliver quality customer experience through E2E Logistics Hungary
  • Build up strong relationship with prospective and existing stakeholders
  • Manage vendors / partners for network optimisation and procure new partners and logistics services
  • Ensure 100% of customer's KPI and timeline required are fulfilled
  • Conflict resolution (customer's complaints) for customer retention
  • Maintain data accuracy of all required system updates including transactional and month-end billing process
  • Maintain profitable margins and align activity for positive financial results

[Required Qualifications – Mandatory*]

  • Minimum bachelor's degree and equivalent business experience (
    2-3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Shipping industry at least
    )
  • Languages:
    Native (or advanced) Hungarian and fluent English
    are mandatory in both verbal and writing.
    Slovak is for strong advantage.
  • Agile learning ability
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sense of urgency (e.g. exceptional customer services after work, during weekends/holidays in case of emergency)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook & Teams) and strong Internet search skills
