With outstanding quality and high-tech developments we meet the needs of renowned car manufacturers and our developments can be found in 25 % of the manufactured cars all over the world. Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.

• Support for Corporate and Local Business Process Managers worldwide.
• Support in definition and maintenance of management system regulations.
• Creation and adaption of training materials across tk-Steering related to the area of responsibility.
• Improvement of BPM Methodology.
• Responsibility for specification, design, implementation, integration, and testing of tool adaptations.
• Managing of permissions for site-specific process maps.
• Conduction of formal reviews of documents in release and approval workflow.
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of audit sessions. Assistance of sites and plants with IATF 16949-related inquiries.
• Accompanying audit sessions when needed and document identified improvement suggestions (integration into Management Review).

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Process Management or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years experience in process quality engineering, process modeling (proficient in at least one BPM tool).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Independent working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills (team player with assertiveness).
• English skills is a must.
• Strong analytical skills (understanding of complex processes).
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of assertiveness (committed to finding the best solution).
• Resilience and flexibility.
