Junior Compliance Analyst

pozícióba.

Feladatok:

a releváns jogszabályokban, egyéb szabályozókban bekövetkező változások hatásainak elemzése, implementáció koordinálása,

szabályozóknak való megfelelés időszaki felülvizsgálata, vizsgálatok lefolytatása, dokumentálása, javaslatok megfogalmazása, azok teljesülésének nyomon követése,

belső szabályzatok időszaki felülvizsgálata,

oktatási anyagok összeállítása, célzott oktatások tartása,

az éves anti-financial crime terv végrehajtásában, valamint az éves kockázatértékelésben való közreműködés,

gyanús tevékenységek kivizsgálásában, hatóság felé történő jelentéstételben való közreműködés,

KYC (know your customer) folyamatok támogatása,

az üzleti területek számára anti-financial crime szempontú tanácsadás, projektek támogatása,

együttműködés, kapcsolattartás a tagvállalatokkal, valamennyi érintett szakterülettel,

riportálási feladatok teljesítése az anyavállalat, hatóság felé.

Elvárások:

jól ismeri és magabiztosan használja a különböző informatikai rendszereket, beleértve a MS Office alkalmazásokat,

magas szintű szervezési készsége és folyamat szemlélete van,

min. 1- 3 év hasonló területen szerzett tapasztalattal bír,

elemző, analitikus szemléletű,

erős érdekegyeztetési és érdekérvényesítési képességgel rendelkezik,

proaktív hozzáállású, nem ijed meg a kihívásoktól,

tárgyalási szintű, aktív angol nyelvtudása van, melyet mind szóban, mind írásban használni tud.

Előny:

jogi területen szerzett felsőfokú iskolai végzettség,

nemzetközi és/vagy multinacionális munkakörnyezetben szerzett munkatapasztalat.
