Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of their inquiries and issues.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, product-related questions, and service concerns, offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, offering empathetic and effective communication at all times.
- Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring smooth follow-ups and resolution tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and ensure clients' needs are met.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are completely resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Stay informed on company products, services, and updates to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to the overall success of the department.
