The TAKKT Group is looking for a motivated

Finance Process Manager - Accounts Payables (gn)

to strengthen our team at our locations in Stuttgart, Pliening (Munich) or Budapest and shape the future of work together

TAKKT group are expanding our presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC). Building on recent improvements in our processes and customer experience, the TCC will support our European colleagues in streamlining processes, modernizing systems, and driving innovation. This expansion means we will be hiring highly skilled experts in digital and future-focused competencies, ensuring that we remain competitive and customer-centric as we embrace new technologies, including AI. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand overall business goals and how the Accounts Payables team supports these goals

  • Drive Improvement of Planning, Controlling, and Optimization of daily work processes within the department

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and cash flow

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Support in resolving any payment issues or disputes

  • Ensure efficient application of workflow solutions

  • Document department processes and procedures

  • Maintain favorable relationships with vendors and suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

  • Liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments regarding Accounts Payables issues

  • Participate in monthly service calls, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accounts payables

  • Participation in projects

Profile

  • More than 5 Years of experience in relevant field

  • University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

  • Excellent English language skills, additional European language skills beneficial​

  • Experience in the conception & transformation of accounting activities

  • Solution oriented, structured way of working

  • Very good knowledge of MS 365 Dynamics Finance​ & Microsoft Office, knowledge of workflow solution beneficial​​

  • Willingness to travel​

  • Team player, highly motivated, flexible, ability to work with other cultures ​& experience in Change Management
