MP Solutions is a versatile, tech-savvy recruitment agency with more than 20 years of experience in the Hungarian labor market. We combine traditional core values with a modern, innovative approach to recruitment.

We are now looking for a German-speaking Sourcing Recruiter to join our team and support one of our key clients. We are searching for someone who brings fresh ideas, a proactive mindset, and positive energy to our company.

As a Sourcing Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes based on client requirements

Leveraging multiple recruiting channels to identify and attract top talent

Sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HRBPs

Keeping the candidate database accurate and up to date

Managing offers and participating in negotiations

Continuously improving recruitment tools, methods, and processes

Preparing reports on recruitment progress and sharing market insights with senior management

Requirements

At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, including full-cycle processes

Some experience or interest in technical recruitment

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms

Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing

The ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
