ABOUT THE JOB
Ceva-Phylaxia seeks applicants for the full-time position of Supply Chain Planning & Distribution Manager in the Supply Chain team within the Supply Chain directory of Ceva's Phylaxia Campus in Budapest's 10th district. This is an onsite role with the possibility of limited hybrid work, offering up to 10 home office days monthly.

The Phylaxia Campus is one of the flagship sites of the Ceva Animal Health group. The Supply Chain team ensures product availability across global markets by aligning demand planning, production, and distribution processes. We are a dynamic and cross-functional unit, working closely with local and global stakeholders.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Campus Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the site's supply chain planning and distribution processes, ensuring alignment between demand and supply. You will oversee inventory, participate in the S&OP cycle, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and compliant operations.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Drive and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) process and escalate supply constraints within the S&OP cycle.
• Oversee inventory levels of finished and semi-finished goods, propose action plans when deviations arise.
• Validate planning across all production stages including antigens, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, IT, Finance, HR, Purchasing) and external partners to align short- and mid-term supply strategies.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain process.

Your Profile
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• University or college degree in Economics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in export sales or supply chain planning, ideally in the biological/pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent English knowledge, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations; experience with supply chain systems and tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of customer focus and stakeholder management.
• Proven leadership and team inspiration abilities.
• Proactive, structured, and improvement-driven mindset.
