Csapatunk keresi banki tapasztalattal rendelkező lelkes, új tagjait, akik összekötő hidat képezve az üzleti és IT oldal között, adott modul owner-eként funkcionálva az újonnan épülő Vault ökoszisztémát támogatnák, ezzel is hozzájárulva egy modern, digitális bank létrehozásához.

Milyen feladatokban számítunk rád?

  • Dedikált üzleti domain-ekhez kapcsolódó funkciók fejlesztésének koordinálása, beleértve az elemzőkkel és fejlesztőkkel történő folyamatos kommunikációt, valamint az üzleti oldal menedzselését agilis módszertan szerint
  • Ügyféligények és üzleti követelmények összegyűjtése, dokumentálása
  • Fejlesztéshez kapcsolódó backlog elemek elkészítése, product ownerrel történő egyeztetése
  • Tesztelésben való részvétel, tesztelők támogatása
  • A domainhez tartozó funkcionalitások részletes dokumentálása a tervezéstől az élesítésig, valamint a dokumentációk karbantartása a funkció fejlesztési életciklusában

Milyen tudásra és tapasztalatra lesz szükséged?

  • Felsőfokú szakirányú (közgazdász/informatikai) végzettség
  • Legalább 3-5 év nagyvállalati, preferáltan banki/pénzügyi vagy beszállítói környezetben szerzett releváns szakmai tapasztalat
  • IT affinitás, fejlesztői módszertanok ismerete, alap technológiai dokumentumok pl. logikai tervek, algoritmus leírások elkészítésében való jártasság
  • Agilis módszertanok ismerete
  • Folyékony angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban (munkavégzés nyelve az angol)
  • Csapatszellem, 'Take ownership' szemléletmód
  • Problémamegoldó szemlélet
  • Jó kommunikációs készség
  • Elemzői gondolkodás
