Finance Team

Szentendre
office.
Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for turning data into actionable insights?
We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Marketing and Sales Finance team — someone eager to contribute to planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis across our Nordic operations.
You'll work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams, playing a vital role in how we understand and manage our business.
Responsibilities*
What will be your roles and responsibilities in this role?***

• Prepare financial schedules and reports (actuals, forecasts, budgets, plans)
• Support monthly closings and business planning
• Partner with sales and operations on strategy and profitability
• Analyze variances and present insights to management
• Conduct forecast accuracy reviews and ad hoc analysis
• Collaborate with Nordic Cluster and functional leads

Qualifications
Are we looking for you? Yes, if...

• You have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• You bring 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, or are a recent graduate who is highly motivated to develop a career in finance.
• You're fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• You have strong Excel skills and are confident using other MS Office tools. Experience with data analytics tools like Power Platform or Alteryx is a major plus.
• You understand how the income statement and balance sheet work together.
• You are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Have a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
