Job Title: SAP SD Tester / Functional Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Location: Budapest (Hungary) or Riga (Latvia)

Work Mode: Hybrid (Onsite presence ~20%; fully remote not possible)

Language Requirement: English (Fluent)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
SAP SD Tester / Functional Consultant
to support global SAP S/4HANA deployment projects. The role focuses on
functional testing, process validation, and rollout support
within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) workstream.

You will work as part of a global team, gaining end-to-end process exposure from
design through deployment
.

Key Responsibilities

• Define global, regional, and local
  test cases, test plans, and test data
  for SAP SD.
• Execute and document
  end-to-end, integration, and deployment tests
  .
• Maintain test documentation using
  SAP Solution Manager
  and project frameworks.
• Coordinate testing activities with internal teams and external partners when required.
• Manage and track defects across workstreams.
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Provide regular
  test execution status reports
  to stakeholders.
• Support rollout activities and ensure smooth system transitions.
• Collaborate with business teams to align testing with business requirements and global standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in
  SAP SD (R/3 or S/4HANA)
  .
• Strong experience in
  SAP testing and quality assurance
  .
• Good understanding of
  end-to-end business processes
  in Sales & Distribution.
• Experience with
  ERP systems and cross-process integrations
  .
• Ability to analyze, design, and validate functional solutions.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Fluency in
  spoken and written English
  .

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with
  SAP Solution Manager testing tools
  .
• Experience in
  global or multi-country SAP rollout projects
  .
• Knowledge of
  project coordination and change management
  .

Additional Notes

• Candidates must be
  based in or eligible to work in Hungary or Latvia
  .
• Working outside these locations is not permitted.
• Some onsite presence is mandatory.
