Service Desk Analyst

What You'll Do
- Act as the
first point of contact (SPOC)
for end-users with IT-related issues - Provide support via phone, email, chat, and ITSM tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve common
hardware, software
, and
network
problems - Deliver support in
English and German - Use internal documentation and diagnostic tools to resolve issues or escalate appropriately
- Accurately log incidents, progress, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with resolver teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction
through clear communication and effective solutions - Contribute to process improvement and update internal documentation
- Ensure adherence to SLA and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day IT support queries from users across different platforms
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and flag them for further investigation
- Provide proactive updates and follow-ups with users until resolution
- Maintain professional communication in both inbound and outbound interactions
- Ensure clear documentation of support actions taken
Main requirements of the role:
- Strong command of
English and German
, both written and verbal - Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all client levels - Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving
abilities, with a creative approach to finding solutions - Genuine interest in IT and a desire to grow technical knowledge
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach to tasks
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward change
- Availability to work in a
24/7 shift environment - Confident user of computers and familiar with key software tools, especially Microsoft Office 365
