YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
- Answer calls and emails incoming to the Service Desk
- Assist users with issues relating to PC's, Microsoft Office, applications, and network
- Provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts, and passwords
- Escalate incidents to the appropriate IT teams
- Follow the monthly shift schedule
- Continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction
- Own your career: work towards the goals, proactive development from internal and external sources
- Ready to be shifted in on-call during weekends (2 days/month)
- This role requires 2 days/week physical office attendance following Celanese's hybrid policy
What YOU will bring to the team:
- Customer friendly English and German communication skills (written and oral), intermediate level language skills required
- User knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 11, Office 365, and Internet Browsers
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or IT support
- Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
- Proactive approach and strong process adherence
- Problem-focused thinking
- Openness to learn and affinity towards IT
