As a Resident Engineer, you will work on -site with ourcustomer(s) supporting our mission to help them quickly and completely adoptour Security Operating Platform, leaving them more secure. This is a highlytechnical, hands -on role and you will develop and maintain expertise levelskill sets on our products and solutions deployed within the customer'senvironment.Your Impact●      Assist customers with their Incident Response efforts leveraging XSOAR (formerly Demisto)for Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR)●      Learn & understand the customer's business requirements andthe threat landscapethat is most applicable to their industry's vertical sector●      Lead XSOAR technical implementation/operations in a customer environment including Playbookdesign, development and implementation/optimization.●      Interactwith Security and IT technologies relating to customer environment●      Ability to communicate effectively in crisis situations with alllevels of an organization from Engineering/Operations to CIO/CISO audiences●      Abilityto create documentation for Incident Response Plans, system integrations andXSOAR playbooks●      Ability to refineand translate complex requirements and execute best practice solutions.●      Abilityto lead teams and construct plans and roadmaps for achieving customer SecOpsgoals.●      Other tasks and duties as needed to support the customer and/orbusiness relating to XSOARYour Experience●      Experiencein Python, Powershell or Javascript●      Experiencemanaging complex security solutions in large environments●      Strongunderstanding of Linux or Unix, network troubleshooting analysis and currentsecurity threats●      Experiencein cybersecurity incident response●      Strongunderstanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols and applications●      Detailedtechnical experience in the installation, configuration, and operation ofhigh -end security solutions●      Familiarwith the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology●      Experiencewith IDS/IPS solutions and technologies preferred●      SecurityOperations experience is a strong plus●      Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills●      GCIA,GCFE, GCIH, CISSP,  and/or DevOpscertifications preferred The TeamOur professional services teamis critical to our success and mission.
