We're looking for a Junior (fresh graduate) HR Specialist to handle our HR operations across Europe
The job location can be Hungary or Germany.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions across Europe including sales, technical support, and service roles.
Design and implement region-specific hiring strategies that align with local markets and Contec's global goals.
Coordinate with Contec's headquarters in China to ensure alignment of HR initiatives across borders.
Support employee onboarding, ensure compliance with local labor regulations in multiple countries, and handle HR operations.
Promote Contec's employer brand across the region via job platforms, university outreach, and recruitment events.
Qualifications
Keep in mind that is a Junior profile role (fresh graduate or so).
Solid understanding of regional labor laws and multicultural HR practices.
HR or IT graduate (with or without experience) with excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin / German / Hungarian are strong plus).
Proactive, independent, and culturally aware team player with strong coordination skills.
