Are you a beer connoisseur? Do you enjoy the atmosphere of a pub and the experience of well served draught beer? We are looking for a horeca trade marketing manager to grow the availability & visibility of some of Hungary's top beer brands: Soproni, Heineken & Gösser.

Tasks

  • Shape our consumer inspired horeca strategy: Where to play (channel segmentation & prioritisation) and how to win (picture of success with our main brands)
  • Create an annual roll out plan, in partnership with the brand teams and sales integrating the comms at the real moment of truth: when our consumers can experience our brands in horeca
  • Contribute to gain our volume and value share in horeca (via RTM) by building rate of sale of our brands (national promotions, visibility)
  • Lead and inspire a team with a vision & build cross-collaboration with the wider commercial departments (sales, CMI & brand marketing)
  • Keep a close eye on the horeca market: track dynamics & activities (of us and our competitors) to build plans & insights
  • Manage horeca trade marketing budget to support our key initiatives

Expectations

  • Economics / Commercial / Marketing degree
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in commercial or marketing area including HoReCa experience
  • Good English
  • Strong leadership skills and some experience managing people
  • Consumer curiosity mindset
