Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination of Customer's Procurement and Compliance Portals and RFx activity within the post-sale process supporting Renewals, Professional Services, and other Customer Success functions. This includes close collaboration with the RPF Program Manager and other functional content contributors using the company's RFX management software and through direct engagement.

  • Be the Customer Success champion and primary point of contact for Tungsten Automation Corporation's cross-functional approach to Customer Portals (Ordering, Compliance, etc.) and RFx responses to support post-sale engagement including Renewals and Professional Services and drive timely, higher quality responses for our post-sale customers to ensure transactional success and retention

  • Own any customer Portal engagement needed post-sale including close coordination with Finance in case of Invoice Portals.

  • Own the intake and completion of all post-sale RFx, from RFX initiation to customer delivery, to ensure customer responses are prepared in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Leverage the implementation of Tungsten Automation Corporation's RFX management software to respond to RFx requests.

  • Leverage the RFX response library and identify new content that may be needed

  • Define, analyze, and report Customer Portal and RFx metrics and performance trends to Tungsten Automation Corporation leadership on recurring basis

Required Experience

Understanding of Customer Portals and RFx response processes, RFx writing experience, ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment, public speaking, global engagement, and ability clearly and effectively articulate complex topics in easy-to-understand terms.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business Administration or other related field

  • RFx and Customer Portal experience (preferably a software company), including experience with Ordering/Invoice Portals and Compliance questionnaires and forms.

  • Experience using and/or administrating an RFx management software

  • Experience in creating customer-facing materials: proposal writing, proposal content copywriting

  • Experience in bid management,

  • Exceptional project management, and verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Additional European languages would be a valuable optional skill

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to own deliverables

  • Experience in Salesforce is an advantage

  • Outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion

  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
