What tasks await you?

• Implement and maintain 5S methodology across production lines;
• Support Lean initiatives and ensure CPS (CATL Production System) standards are met;
• Conduct line patrols and inspections to evaluate workplace organization and compliance;
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits;
• Organize and deliver trainings (5S, safety);
• Drive workplace improvements to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

You Are The Perfect Candidate If You

• Completed a secondary vocational education;
• Have experience in 5S, Lean, or production environments;
• Speak native Hungarian and have good English skills;
• Have good communication skills;
• Have solid computer skills at a user level (MS Office, email, basic systems)

It's An Advantage If You Have The Following

• Experience in the automotive industry;
• Auditor experience (ISO, VDA, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP systems
