We are looking for an
experienced Technical Product Manager
with a strong background in
software and platform development
and a solid understanding of modern technologies and their practical applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with engineering teams, understands the engineering processes and
system-level technologies
, and can translate business requirements into technology enabled product development.

TASKS:

  • Own and continuously refine the platform product roadmap
    , integrating feedback from market trends, internal stakeholders, and domain product managers
  • Collaborate closely with platform engineering teams
    to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver scalable, high-performance technical solutions that support multiple product lines
  • Own and deliver on product OKRs and key success metrics
    , ensuring measurable impact and progress toward strategic goals
  • Translate business and operational needs into clear, technically feasible product requirements
    , ensuring context and rationale are well-documented for engineering execution
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog
    based on value, technical impact, and strategic fit
  • Bridge communication between business and engineering
    , ensuring mutual understanding of both technical constraints and business goals
  • Run regular cross-team syncs and demos
    to showcase new platform features, capabilities, and improvements
  • Stay ahead of emerging
    software technologies, architecture trends, and performance optimization techniques
    relevant to platform scalability and reliability

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience
    in product management, preferably i
    n SaaS, platform, or B2B technology
    environments
  • Proven experience in
    technical software product management
    , ideally involving
    C
    ++
    , API
    s, or
    system-level applications
  • Strong understanding of
    software engineering concepts, scalability
    ,
    and integration architectures
  • Ability to
    translate business requirements into technical solutions
    and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working closely
    with engineering and infrastructure
    teams to drive delivery
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Analytical, structured thinker
    with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and a "get things done" attitude
  • Passion for building reliable, performant, and developer-friendly platforms
