We are looking for an experienced presales professional to join our team, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to support our Presales efforts.

We are seeking an individual who brings strong stakeholder management skills, thrives in collaboration with salespeople, leaders, and partners, and shows executive presence when engaging with clients.

As the
Presales Solution Consultant
, you will be responsible for understanding requirements and working closely with the sales and product teams to provide detailed information about the NAXT products to prospective clients and partners. You will also prepare and deliver product demonstrations tailored to each audience.

Your main responsibilities would be:

  • lead discovery calls to understand future clients prospect business needs and objectives
  • prepare and deliver compelling software demonstrations tailored to customer pain points
  • work closely with sales team members to build professional partnership with potential partners
  • build detailed knowledge of Microsoft's ERP and CRM solutions to support prospective partners with professional solution proposals
  • attend client meetings and consult with partners to understand their business processes and needs, identify service solution delivered by XAPT
  • prepare and deliver product and solution presentations that precisely meet the needs of the business partner
  • deliver conception for proposals with strong business focus
  • gather new product information from Microsoft, test products and share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise with both clients and fellow team members
  • tailor and manage product demonstrations
  • collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to develop winning solution strategies
  • Assist sales representatives as the point of coordination for RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses from prospects
  • Assist sales representatives in helping to schedule training academy sessions with prospects.

What we expect from you:

  • bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • min. 5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, technical or sales in the enterprise software industry, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems
  • experience in the heavy equipment distribution, rental, tire or material handling industries is a plus
  • fluent English knowledge
  • willingness to travel
  • familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage
  • experience with cloud technology (Azure) and business applications
  • strong demo environment and virtual presentation tool skills (e.g., Teams, Camtasia, PowerPoint with embedded demos)
  • proven PreSales experience with ERP systems - Management level experience would be a great asset
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into software capabilities
  • pro-active and self-reliant person with communication and presentation skills
