Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major digital transformation initiative. This is a key role that will take part in building a new product stream from the ground up — starting with analysis and preparation, and continuing through design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current processes and system landscape, identifying existing functionalities and areas for improvement.
- Define and model the lifecycle of key processes and transactions.
- Conduct business process modelling and specification of functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the broader transformation program.
- Participate in the implementation phase, supporting the development team and ensuring that solutions align with defined requirements.
- Own and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
- Drive prioritization and planning in coordination with the development team.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience combining business analysis and systems understanding.
- Proven ability in modelling, specification, and requirement definition.
- Strong Product Management and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience working in a cross-functional, international environment.
- CPRE certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Background in financial services or other transactional domains is an advantage, but not essential.
- Fluent in English
