A rapidly growing international fintech company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join its Budapest team. In this role, you will play a key part in regional business development and expanding the company's presence within the mid-market corporate segment.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will help strengthen the company's position in the Hungarian market through proactive business acquisition and a consultative sales approach.

This role offers responsibility, growth, and significant earning potential. We are seeking someone confident in navigating financial solutions and cross-border transactions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients within the mid-sized and large corporate segment.
  • Conducting consultative sales by understanding clients' operations, risks, and international cashflow needs.
  • Presenting tailored financial and FX risk management solutions.
  • Leading strategic negotiations at senior decision-maker levels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and managing the entire sales process using CRM tools.
  • Gathering market insights, refining sales approaches, and supporting junior colleagues.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has at least 3–5 years of relevant B2B sales experience
    , preferably within financial services, treasury, FX, or international payments.
  • Communicates confidently and credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Possesses strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Enjoys hunter-style sales and building their own portfolio.
  • Speaks
