Pozíció leírása / Job description

Felelős leszel többek között:

  • Az irodaház weboldalának modernizálásáért és a coworking szolgáltatások és hosszútávú bérlések népszerűsítéséért.
  • A kommunikációs stratégia kidolgozásáért és megvalósításáért online és offline csatornákon keresztül, B2B kommunikációs eszközökkel.
  • Rendezvények, programok és közösségépítő események szervezéséért az irodai ügyfelek számára.
  • Bérleti ajánlatok készítéséért potenciális bérlők részére.
  • Kapcsolattartásért a jelenlegi és potenciális bérlőkkel.
  • A marketingeszközök hatékonyságának méréséért.
  • Közösségépítési feladatok ellátásáért.

Elvárások / Requirements

Téged keresünk, ha:

  • Rendelkezel felsőfokú végzettséggel, és legalább 3 éves marketingkommunikációs tapasztalattal.
  • Van tapasztalatod irodaházi vagy coworking működésben.
  • Mélyrehatóan ismered az online közösségi média platformokat.
  • Tárgyalóképes szinten beszélsz angolul.
  • Magabiztosan használod az MS Office alkalmazásokat.
  • Kreativitás és önállóság jellemez és kiváló a kommunikációs készséged.
  • Jó az elemző- és reporting készséged, és fontos számodra a csapatszellem.
