Banki tevékenységhez kapcsolódó szoftverfejlesztési feladatok elvégzésére keresünk lendületes, hosszú távú kihívásokat kereső munkatársat, aki számára fontos, hogy remek csapatban, felelősséggel bíró feladatokat lásson el, mint
IT regulatory expert.

Főbb feladatok:

Folyamatfejlesztés és koordináció:

  • Csoportszintű fő- és részfolyamatok felmérése az érintett szervezeti egységek bevonásával
  • Szervezeti egységeken átívelő folyamatok kidolgozása, fejlesztése során koordinációs szerep vállalása
  • Fejlesztések módosítások megvalósulásának, eredményének visszamérése

Szabályozás és megfelelés:

  • Szabályzatok véleményezése, hatékonyságot és megfelelést támogató javaslatok megfogalmazása
  • Közreműködés a releváns politikák, módszertanok kidolgozásában
  • A feladat során feltárt kockázatok menedzselése, harmadik feles IKT kockázatok felmérésben és kezelésében való aktív részvétel

Szakmai támogatás:

  • Szakmai támogatás és rendszeres képzések szervezése

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

  • Felsőfokú végzettség (preferáltan IT, információbiztonság)
  • 4-5 év szakmai tapasztalat informatikai folyamatfejlesztés, IT szabályozás vagy IT kockázatkezelés területén
  • Pénzügyi szektorra vonatkozó releváns szabályozói ajánlások, jogszabályok ismerete
  • Jó kommunikációs és stakeholder management készségek
  • Problémák azonosításának képessége és hatékony megoldásának megtalálása
  • Csapatjátékos attitűd
  • Tanácsadói attitűd, precizitás, önálló munkavégzésre való képesség
