As a Resolution Planning Expert you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance with the MPE requirements of RBHU, namely:

  • coordinating the tasks set out by the Resolution Authority,
  • implementing the guidelines by EBA and SRB,
  • coordinating the drafting and updating of handbooks / documentation for resolution planning,
  • streamlining the related processes,
  • communicating to MNB and RBI,
  • informing senior management on relevant milestones,
  • steering MREL compliance topics,
  • reporting to MNB and RBI.

  • You have great organizational and coordination skills and are curious about how different parts of the bank connect.
  • You can communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable talking to division leaders and management.
  • You have at least 2-3 years, but preferably 5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, internal audit, or process management, preferably in a commercial bank. We consider it an advantage if you have strong knowledge in resolution planning.
  • You enjoy connecting with colleagues from different departments and helping them with resolution topics.
  • You're confident working on your own as well as with a team on various resolution projects.
