We are looking for a
IT Infrastructure Analyst
who would like to be part of our international team.
The Infrastructure Analyst provides proactive, high-quality IT support to ensure users have reliable access to essential tools and systems. Maintains local infrastructure, supports end-user devices, ensures policy compliance, and drives productivity by resolving issues, managing assets, and contributing to improvement initiatives.
Duties and responsabilities
- Support ~230 users on-site and remotely via service requests
- Log support activities in the Service Desk per process
- Maintain local IT infrastructure: servers, storage, LAN, Wi-Fi, UPS, end-user devices, conferencing gear, and security tools
- Administer Active Directory: systems, services, access rights
- Install/configure end-user equipment per IT policies
- Support printing, scanning, and conferencing tools
- Keep hardware/software inventory updated in Service Desk
- Perform quarterly infrastructure maintenance
- Manage local IT contracts, vendors, and licenses
- Own CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Lead local IT projects and support PPF system upgrades
- Contribute to group-wide IT initiatives
- Ensure and promote compliance with PPF IT Security policies
You are the right fit if you have
- Degree in IT or Computer Science
- Fluent in English
- 3+ years in IT support and infrastructure (100+ users)
- Strong in Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V, networking, antivirus, backups
- Experience with Dell/HP hardware, vendor management, and multinational environments
- Familiar with ITSM tools
- Excellent customer service and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX) and SLA oversight
- Contributes to local/global IT initiatives
- Customer-focused, proactive, and accountable
- Analytical, resilient, and results-driven
- Precise and committed to solving root causes
