About the Job

Are you ready to shake up the digital landscape of Hungary? Join our brand new startup, backed by OTP Group, as a Hunter Sales Manager. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude with solid eCommerce market background and a hunger for learning and driving sales.

What You'll Do


• Research, recruit, and onboard new B2B partners: brands, distributors, merchants.


• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads via phone, e-mail, Linkedin and personal meetings.


• Manage Merchant contractual and onboarding phases end-to-end.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.


• Acquire and incubate leading brand distributors to support category growth on our platform.


• Find creative ways to support our partners' commercial development plans.


• Research and track competitor and industry trends to identify future focus areas and strengthen our market position.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

You're the Ideal Candidate if You


• Have 5 years of B2B sales experience in e-commerce or digital industries, even better if more. If you have less experience yet eager to learn, we want to hear from you as well


• Know how to influence and negotiate with external partners. Know how to influence and negotiate with merchants.


• Have experience in
cold calling and acquiring new clients.


• Are goal-oriented and committed to driving performance, delivering KPIs over their target.


• Strong local market
knowledge in the local eCommerce industry is a must


• Have a strong work ethic and inner drive.


• Are a self-starter and structured problem-solver.


• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Speak fluent Hungarian and English.
