Staff Engineer at BairesDev

We are seeking a Staff Engineer with deep expertise in development, server-side JavaScript, API development, and microservices. The technology stack includes popular technologies and frameworks for backend development, API design, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance systems, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex backend and microservices challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Design and optimize backend systems for large-scale applications.
  • Architect advanced server-side JavaScript solutions for scalable distributed systems.
  • Lead API development initiatives using and modern backend technologies.
  • Drive microservices architecture implementation for complex distributed applications.
  • Implement performance optimization techniques for high-throughput applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions and system integration.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise.
  • Proven experience in server-side JavaScript development and backend architecture.
  • Strong expertise in API development and RESTful service design.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in ecosystem and modern backend development patterns.
  • Experience with performance optimization for applications and systems.
  • Advanced level of English.
