The Role

We're looking for Senior Group Treasury Operations Analysts
to join our team in Budapest, with a strong focus on Banking Optimisation.

In this role, you'll be a key contributor to treasury operations, helping streamline and enhance global banking processes. You'll work closely with treasury, cash & banking, and finance teams to ensure accounts are managed efficiently, controls are robust, and cash management is optimised across multiple regions. This is not just about day‑to‑day operations — you'll be driving improvements, resolving complex issues, and supporting initiatives that make banking activities smarter, faster, and more reliable.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the opening, closing, and amendment of bank accounts across multiple regions
  • Support bank guarantee administration and maintain accurate records in the bank account management system
  • Oversee user access rights to bank accounts, ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements
  • Conduct quarterly access reviews and support audit documentation
  • Prepare treasury documents for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities
  • Investigate and resolve treasury‑related issues, sharing solutions with the wider team
  • Build strong relationships with banks and internal stakeholders to support cash forecasting and control activities
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for complex queries and escalations

What You Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Cash & Banking, Data Management, or similar areas
  • Strong business English (C1 level); proficiency in another market language is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and complex situations while balancing business and customer needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
