Mobile Software Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Android Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-performance, user-friendly applications aligned with the latest Android development standards.

You will be part of a greenfield project that will facilitate the transition to an enhanced, more secure, and expanded gaming platform.

• Develop, test, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Implement modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces based on UX/UI designs and Android design guidelines.
• Adjust the app to the latest Google requirements (edge-to-edge, landscape, dark mode, etc.).
• Connect applications to RESTful APIs using Open API contracts.
• Manage background tasks, notifications, and third-party SDK integrations.
• Write unit tests to ensure code reliability and application stability.
• Work based on enforced unit test coverage.
• Conduct code reviews and follow clean code principles and best practices.
• Follow mobile security best practices and implement adjustments based on penetration test results.
• Monitor performance, gather analytics, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, ship features, and refine products.
• Stay current with the latest Android ecosystem trends and propose enhancements to architecture and processes.
