Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for enhancing analytical operations, developing automated reporting, optimizing data processes, and supporting commercial teams in strategic business processes. If you enjoy working with data, value independence, and want to make a real impact on business performance, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

  • Participation in annual business planning and budgeting, tracking results, and preparing reports
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams with analyses and decision-support reports
  • Acting as a liaison and collaborating across finance, supply chain, and commercial teams
  • Developing and automating reporting and data collection processes
  • Continuously optimizing reporting structures and data workflows
  • Standardizing reports across business areas
  • Serving as an internal expert for Power BI and Excel: support, knowledge sharing, trainings
  • Preparing and updating ad-hoc and regular reports
  • Integrating multiple data sources and building self-service dashboards
  • Active cooperation and communication with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant Power BI experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Solid knowledge of English, both spoken and written
  • Analytical and systems-based thinking, strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and openness to teamwork
  • Willingness to work from our Budapest office (Király Street) 2–3 times per week

What is a plus

  • Knowledge of SQL
