Your Role as a Tech Lead

As our
Tech Lead
, you'll manage a team of
7 medior to senior full-stack developers
within our forward-thinking AI Team. You'll also collaborate with Solution architects (though they won't be your direct reports). You'll be both a
technical visionary
and
guiding leader
, bridging human potential with technological excellence.

What You'll Do

Develop Reusable AI Components

Architect and implement AI-focused modules for rapid deployment across multiple products.

Create & Maintain a Scalable Framework

Design and continually improve a robust framework that accelerates product development timelines.

Lead the Development Team

• Mentor, motivate, and inspire your cross-functional group to deliver high-quality code and solutions.
• Facilitate communication between your developers, stakeholders, and clients.

Ship Enterprise-Grade Software

• Deliver robust, secure applications for banks and financial institutions, meeting the highest industry standards.

Conduct & Organize Research

• Identify emerging trends and technologies, guiding your team to explore cutting-edge solutions.

Present Ideas & Solutions

Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, compelling ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with Client Tech Teams

Work closely with client-side developers and architects to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Document New Features

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

Design Robust, Reliable Architectures

Ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best-in-class development principles.

Develop New Modules & Software

Innovate across technologies like
OpenAI, Azure, TypeScript, OpenAI, , , NestJS, Tailwind

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven Track Record
  as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer (minimum 3 years).
• Expertise in Core Technologies
  – Strong knowledge of TypeScript, , and Postgres.
• AI/GenAI Proficiency
  – Experience integrating or developing AI-driven solutions using frameworks like OpenAI, LangChain, CrewAI or similar.
• Expertise in Software Architecture
  – You know how to design, debug, and fine-tune complex systems.
• Strong Leadership & Communication Skills
  – You excel at motivating teams and relaying technical details clearly.
• Fluency in English
  (verbal and written).
• Project & Product Management
  – Ability to align business objectives with technical requirements.
