About Us

Quantum Spirit AI is a growing startup dedicated to building intelligent automation systems that save high-performing teams from repetitive work. We're looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to become our go-to specialist for all things n8n.

The Role

This is a fully remote, contract position for a junior n8n Automation Specialist who is eager to grow their skills. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the essential automation workflows that power our company's operations. You'll work directly on solving real-world problems and have a major impact from day one.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Designing and implementing new automation workflows from scratch using n8n.
  • Connecting various applications and services through APIs and webhooks.
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing workflows for efficiency and reliability.
  • Troubleshooting and quickly resolving any automation issues that arise.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify new opportunities for automation.

Core Skills We're Looking For (This is what matters most):

  • Hands-on experience building workflows in n8n.
    You should be able to show us something you've built, even if it's a personal project.
  • A solid understanding of
    REST APIs
    and how to work with them (GET/POST requests, authentication).
  • Comfortable reading and manipulating
    JSON data structures
    .
  • Basic JavaScript skills
    for writing custom logic in n8n's Function/Code nodes.
  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys untangling complex processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
