. The company is now expanding its international operations to Hungary, establishing a local hub, which provides an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as one of the first members.

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for creating and executing the company's growth strategy. You'll focus on generating inbound and outbound demand, optimizing customer acquisition, and building a scalable growth engine. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AI-driven company at the beginning of its growth journey.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Build and execute the full growth strategy across inbound, outbound and product-led channels.
  • Implement AI-based automation and digital campaigns (e.g. Clay, Apollo, GPT-4, LinkedIn tools).
  • Develop analytics dashboards and performance tracking.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and sales to align narrative and execution.
  • Experiment, test and optimize new channels and growth loops.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years
    of experience in
    B2B SaaS growth
    , demand generation or GTM leadership.
  • Proven success in building scalable lead generation and funnel systems.
  • Strong understanding of
    AI-driven products
    and how to leverage them for growth.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage.
