Főbb feladatok:

  • A cég növekedési stratégiájának kialakítása és a budget-ban meghatározott számok elérése
  • Tenderek irányítása, bejárások megszervezése
  • Ajánlatok kidolgozása az operatív csapattal együttműködve
  • Sales prezentációk készítése
  • Új ügyfelek felkutatása
  • A két-három fős sales csapat vezetése
  • Szoros együttműködés a lokális és a regionális managementtel

Követelmények:

  • felsőfokú gazdasági vagy mérnöki végzettség
  • 5 éves B2B értékesítési tapasztalat - Facility Management piac ismerete
  • 3-5 fős csapat hatékony vezetésében szerzett tapasztalat
  • Folyékony angol-és magyar nyelvtudás szóban és írásban is
  • A sales csapat teljes körű irányítása a kitűzött célok elérése érdekében.
  • Felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeretek, (PPT és Excel)
