We are currently searching for a Key Account Manager to develop our business in Hungary. This is for our Smart Home brand IMOU
This is a hybrid role – you will be hunting for new business opportunities and managing new/existing accounts.

IMOU is a global leader in Smart Home segment . IMOU has built a reputation in overseas market as the go to vendor for Smart Security & Smart Home.
Set up as a subsidiary of Dahua Group which is the second largest surveillance & security manufacturer in the world, IMOU has been established to make smart home security & technology much easier to operate/use. IMOU's product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy/Lighting, IOT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud.
Our mission is to make Smart Home more affordable, effortless to use & easily accessible to our customers.
1.Responsibilities
- Generate and execute the annual country business plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, channel policy, etc.
- Develop and support key accounts ~Distributor and Key Account( consumer electric retailer) to cover the market comprehensively.
- Manage existing key accounts: monitor purchase, sales, and inventory data to identify problems and opportunities; plan and execute marketing and promotion activities to stimulate sales.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop brand awareness and support marketing activities, including brand launches, product reviews, influencer collaborations, etc.
- Conduct market research, collect information on competitive products, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, and analyze relevant countermeasures.
2.Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Familiar with the procurement procedures of main distributors and consumer electric retailers. Possess rich customer resources ~consumer electric retailers and a successful track record of independently developing key accounts-just like Euronics, Media markt, OBI and so on.
- At least 5 years of experience in Retail sales; experience in the Smart Home/Home Security segment is a plus.
- Excellent planning ability, business analysis skills, negotiation skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business.
- Ability to work independently.
