We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage one or more delivery units within our CIS department. This role requires full accountability for team performance, KPIs, coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, service levels, and people management.
  • Lead and mentor Team Leads and team members to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Drive KPI performance and implement improvement plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks; collect and analyze metrics for operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Cognizant and client policies, security, and training standards.
  • Manage staff planning, schedule adherence, and BCM coordination for service continuity.
  • Participate in hiring, training, and development initiatives.
  • Foster team morale through communication, meetings, and recognition programs.
  • Prepare for audits and maintain ISO/Operational Maturity standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any graduation in College, University.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and one of the following: German, Italian, French (equivalent skill level with C1 certificate).
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience.
  • At least 24 months in a leadership role.

Required Skills are:

  • Strong people management experience.
  • Knowledge of service desk tools.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage expectations.
