Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defense and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you
- Administration and configuration of the HaloITSM system, including forms, workflows, notifications, fields, views, and permissions.
- Creation and maintenance of settings related to ITIL processes such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Knowledge.
- Configuration, testing, and documentation of automations, API connections, and integrations.
- Collaboration with service management, development, and operations teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Testing new features, updates, and releases, and preparing deployment recommendations.
- Creating user documentation and administrative guides, and supporting training sessions.
- Configuring reports, dashboards, and analytics based on business requirements.
- Defining, maintaining, and executing new development requests in cooperation with the vendor.
- Continuous analysis of system usage and process efficiency, and developing improvement proposals.
- Issue handling (defect/problem): coordinating with the vendor when an out-of-the-box (OOTB) function does not work as intended, or in case of custom developments that do not meet original requirements.
- Collaborate with internal divisions and customers to draft and review IT contracts, ensuring that agreements are clear, compliant, and aligned with both business objectives and operational requirements.
What you will need for successful work

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and IT-specific contractual standards, ensuring compliance and clarity in all agreements.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management, from drafting to renewal or termination.
- Familiarity with SLAs and commercial terms in IT environments, enabling effective performance and cost management.
- Solid knowledge of supplier management and vendor governance to maintain strong, accountable partnerships.
- An analytical and structured working style, with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT service and sourcing models such as ITIL, SIAM, and outsourcing frameworks.
- Solid understanding of financial management within customer contracts, including pricing models, billing principles, and cost control.
- Experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure contract profitability.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends or risks, and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Good proficiency in English
