We are the world market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food and are constantly optimizing our products.

We help make the food supply cycle for the population more sustainable. With our RPCs, safety for food transport is improved, there is less waste of food and at the same time the lifespan of the products increases. Through our products and the need for less packaging materials we reduce the carbon footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept and process orders in SAP and handle the invoicing process

  • Conduct customer stock checks and fulfill inventory requests

  • Process deposits

  • Manage the organization and disposition of dirty box returns from retailers in SAP, including the creation of credit notes

  • Book empty collection documents for completed collections from retailers in SAP

  • Conduct plausibility checks of empty collection slips and post changes in SAP

  • Clarify differences in case of dirty box returns

  • Control depot stocks

  • Provide written and telephone customer support, including complaint resolution, for packers and retailers

  • Control and process red and yellow movements in IFCO's internal system

  • Create and maintain customer accounts and master data in SAP and internal IFCO system

  • Provide customer support for IFCO's internal system

  • Check the box stop and returns processing

We expect:

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of customer service and operations management

  • Solid working experience with SAP

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Excellent communication skills, with a cooperative and service-oriented mindset
