Description:

Ensure the maintenance of applications and infrastructure in line with agreed-upon service levels,

Establish and assess technical specifications related to integration, performance, quality, and scalability,

Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage IaaS capacity effectively,

Monitor and report on relevant key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Around 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development,

Confident English skills.
