AI Sales Manager – Central & Eastern Europe

We're looking for an
AI Sales Manager
to lead regional business development across the
Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)
region.

As part of a global professional services organization, you'll collaborate with experts in data science, engineering, and consulting to bring AI solutions to life — helping enterprises transform how they operate, make decisions, and grow.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI-driven solutions tailored to the CEE market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying AI opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Lead client workshops, demos, and presentations to showcase AI capabilities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to negotiation and long-term client success.
  • Stay on top of market trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and forums across the region.
  • Support internal enablement and knowledge-sharing initiatives on AI topics.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in account management, business development, or consulting — ideally in AI or tech services.
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies (Generative AI, NLP, computer vision, data analytics).
  • Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and complex solution sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one CEE language (Hungarian, Polish, Czech, Romanian, etc.).
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in AI solution selling and value-based consulting.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and AI ethics regulations in the region.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face, MLFlow).
  • Additional CEE languages are a plus.
