Lenovo's Digital Workplace Solutions team delivers services that support customers' business goals, including service desk, endpoint management, security, deployment, and lifecycle services across devices and infrastructure. We're looking for an experienced Solution Services Advisory Architect to lead pre-sales and delivery of IT transformation solutions, translating customer needs into business-focused outcomes and supporting complex opportunities like RFIs and RFPs.

You will be reporting to the EMEA Solution Services Architecture Leader for Lenovo Solutions Services Group.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative workshops and customer visits to gather business and technical requirements.
• Translate customer needs into Lenovo-delivered architectures and IT solutions.
• Develop business cases and cost-effective solutions across the end-user spectrum.
• Lead technical certification and validation of customer solutions.
• Drive strategic thinking and anticipate future trends to shape solution visions.
• Challenge existing processes to ensure optimal value delivery.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers at all levels.

Requirements

• Proven ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into IT services with business value.
• Deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation programs.
• High-level technical knowledge of end-user workplace environments, including use cases and transition expertise.
• Experience in creating business cases that demonstrate value-add and cost savings.
• Skilled in solutioning large, complex deals with financial modeling and commercial documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in requirements definition, project/change management, and problem-solving.
• Multilingual, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills up to CXO level.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, datacenter, and network presales is a plus.
