About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to join our international marketing team and support day-to-day execution across channels, events, and product communications.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and senior management on international projects—executing campaigns, coordinating assets, and ensuring high-quality delivery for our global partners, distributors, and KOLs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute ongoing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and trade channels.
  • Support distribution partners with translations, proofreading, and localization of marketing materials for their markets.
  • Prepare distributor communication packs, press releases, and product newsletters.
  • Support congress and event preparations: booth logistics, materials, lead capture, reporting.
  • Assist with KOL communication, training logistics, and medical education program support.
  • Coordinate with creative and PR agencies to deliver visuals, videos, and content on time.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials library (brochures, datasheets, presentations).
  • Handle CRM data updates, website content uploads, and performance tracking.
  • Support social media scheduling and community management across platforms.
  • Ensure all external communication complies with MDR and brand guidelines.

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Around 3–4 years of marketing experience in medtech, medical diagnostics, or pharmaceutical.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign coordination, content adaptation, and vendor communication.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with medical device or regulated healthcare communication.
  • Experience supporting KOL programs, trainings, or clinical education.
  • Experience supporting international distributors or channel partners.
  • Knowledge of congress organization, PR, or B2B marketing tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite, or similar).
  • Additional European language (especially German or Italian).
  • Interest in healthcare innovation
