Are you ready to lead strategic planning and drive operational excellence in a dynamic FMCG/FMCH environment?

We're looking for a Demand and Supply Planning Manager to join our team in Budapest and take ownership of integrated demand and supply planning across multiple categories and/or markets.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead end-to-end demand planning (volume & value) and market supply processes.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and service level improvements.
  • Facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Planning teams.
  • Own planning inputs for new product introductions and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and support digitalization and automation initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • University degree and proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English.
  • Proven experience in demand and supply planning, ideally in FMCG/FMCH.
  • Strong analytical mindset and project/change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Leadership experience and team management with a passion for mentoring and team development.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools (SAP APO/IBP, Excel, PBI, etc). and data integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in organizational transformation or change management.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance in FMCH.
  • Familiarity with warehouse&distribution, customer service, SC operations.
