We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Client Manager
with strong
Chinese
language skills to join our team at
Tax International Services Kft
. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of international clients and support them with
VAT compliance
matters across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining ongoing communication via email, phone, and digital platforms (social media, etc.).
  • Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high service quality and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client cases efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Monitor progress and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Learn and utilize our client collaboration platform for onboarding and VAT reporting processes.
  • Gain a solid understanding of VAT compliance to better support client needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in
    Chinese
    (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and reliable approach.
  • Quick learner and effective team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent stakeholder and time management skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, indirect tax, or a related field.

Nice-to-have

  • Additional European language knowledge.
  • Familiarity with VAT or other tax-related services.
