The Position

We are looking for you to join Roche Hungary.

The Opportunity

Join us as a Finance Enterprise Partner and be at the forefront of driving financial strategies and operational excellence within Roche's dynamic environment. As part of our transformative journey, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with business stakeholders, providing financial insights, and contributing to the development of commercial strategies that maximize patient benefit. 

  • Finance Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders, supporting touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset.

  • Resource Allocation: Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide financial advice on proposed business activities.

  • Commercial Strategy: Act as a key partner in developing coherent commercial strategies, business planning, and revenue generation initiatives.

  • Financial Performance: Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

  • Price Management: Participate in price negotiations with payers, aligning patient and payer needs with Roche's strategic goals.

  • Organization as a Living System: Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, break down silos, and coach colleagues for their development.

  • Finance Specialist Expertise: Consolidate sales revenue and product cost data, support business planning and forecasting processes, and contribute to system improvements.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting, or business degree); an advanced degree in Life Science and/or MBA is considered advantageous, Possession of 3-5 years' experience in a Finance Business Partnering role.

  • Skilled in project management with a focus on outcomes, adept at maintaining a long-term strategy while adapting to changing conditions, and capable of implementing the triple win concept during both internal and external projects and negotiations.

  • Possess an enabling and system-thinking mindset, leveraging internal and external networks to create value, share knowledge, and scale initiatives.

  • Desired expertise in commercialization and excellence in customer experience and strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  •  Strong communication skills in English and in Hungarian both written and spoken are essential
