Mit fogsz csinálni?

1. Customer success és sales projektek

Fontos, üzleti beszélgetések döntéshozókkal, pontos érték ajánlattal, és kiváló folyamatokkal.

2. Ügyfélkapcsolat-menedzsment

Bizalmat és kapcsolatot építesz és menedzseled a projekt folyamatokat (demo, meeting, deal-előkészítés, tárgyalás).

3. Folyamatok kézben tartása és fejlesztése

Részt veszel outbound kampányok felépítésében és kivitelezésében: pitch finomhangolás, üzenetek, follow-up logika, pipeline rendezetten tartása, riportálás.

4. Gyors és fontos visszajelzés az ügyfeleinknek és az Orin csapattagoknak

Az ügyfeleink nem csak számokat kapnak tőlünk, hanem fontos piaci visszajelzést is:

- mi okozza a legnagyobb problémát a célcsoportjuknak?

- miről akarnak beszélni az ügyfelek?

- hol kell módosítani az ajánlatot vagy pozicionálást?

A meglátásaid azonnal beépülnek az ügyfeleink stratégiájába

Téged keresünk, ha:

  • Magabiztosan és természetesen tudsz üzleti helyzetben kommunikálni.
  • Természetes számodra, ha a túloldalon egy CEO, igazgató vagy más tapasztalt vezető ül.
  • Kíválóan tudsz kérdezni, hallgatni, és közben elegánsan irányítani a beszélgetést.
  • Struktúráltan dolgozol és folyamatosan fejleszted a folyamataidat.
  • Magas szinten kommunikálsz magyarul és angolul (szóban és írásban).

Előny, ha van tapasztalatod az alábbiakban:

  • B2B vagy B2C account management, customer success vagy outbound / SDR / consultative sales.
  • Kampány- vagy projektmenedzsment (határidők, státusz, riport).
  • CRM használat (általában Pipedriveot használunk, ami egy szuper, egyszerű és hatékony CRM).
