Core Responsibilities

As a Skills Development Manager, you will, in cooperation with our team of skill leads and developers, work with development programs that will help us to have the right skilled people to meet our company commitments. More specifically you will:

  • Lead and participate in the end-to-end process of translating learning needs into complex learning interventions

  • Own complex learning intervention(s) and/or solution(s), including planning delivery and coordinating internal/external tutors and vendors

  • Act as lead facilitator and co-facilitator of sessions mostly in a virtual environment in English with occasional F2F facilitation in local language

  • Act as SME for skills/learning development with a focus on complex learning solutions

  • Work with stakeholders, Skill Family Leaders, Skill Leads and SME to ensure scope is met and deliverables are on track

  • Lead and contribute to projects to improve learning and development processes, tools and systems and ensure continuous development and innovation of learning approaches and training methods

  • Track and evaluate the success of development initiatives to drive improvement in key L&D metrics

Do you have what it takes?

  • A suitable qualification in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR, Education, or a related field

  • Proven experience in delivering learning and development interventions and projects

  • Fluency in Hungarian (required) and proficient in English for training and collaboration

  • A creative and innovative approach to learning design, applying various tools and methods

  • Specialization in designing learning experiences, particularly in the area of behavioral skills. Additional experience in other skill families related to digital, commercial or manufacturing

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to deliver on multiple projects

  • Excellent communication and ability to influence and drive activity in a partnering model

  • Experience of creating, maintaining and managing learning content, platforms and curriculums

  • May manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues

  • Handle conflicts in negotiation with some guidance

  • Work independently with advanced MS Office knowledge
