About Us 

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our partner company in a hybrid role (3 days/week onsite). You will design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance systems that support algorithmic trading operations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Java, JPA, and related technologies, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-impact engineering team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, build, and optimize low-latency, high-throughput infrastructure for algorithmic trading

  • Own projects end-to-end: from architecture to deployment and production support

  • Debug and resolve complex, high-impact issues in live environments

What will you need

  • Strong Java experience, including frameworks such as JPA

  • Interest or experience in OS internals, networking, and CPU architecture

  • Familiarity with high-performance computing, multi-threading, and distributed systems

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, design patterns)

  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
